Rally, Festival, Step Team Show, and Call To Action on Climate Change.

Join with families, students, clergy and community leaders as hundreds of Atlantans gather Saturday, April 14th for a call to action of elected officials to STEP IT UP! and reduce global warming emissions 80% by 2050.

• Dates: April 9-13.
   
• Time: 6:30-9pm.
   
• Place: Sierra Club office, 1401 Peachtree St NE, Ste 345, Atlanta. (Located 2 blocks from the Arts Center MARTA station. Free street parking also available at night.)

Activist Nights will be held at the office April 9 thru April 13. We need YOU to help with phone calling, data entry, and other random preparatory work (poster making, envelope stuffing, etc.) between now and then. Can you help? Please?

In return, you will receive free hot pizza, icy cold beverages and good karma galore. We will also reserve you your very own free Step It Up! t-shirt for April 14.

This April 14th, Georgians will gather across the state at meaningful, iconic places to call for action on climate change. If we're going to cut carbon emissions 80 percent by the year 2050, then we're all going to have to pitch in -- you, me, businesses, government.
