Life University is located southeast of downtown Marietta and is bordered on the south by Dobbins AFB and on the east by Cobb Parkway (U.S. Highway 41). The meetings are held on the Life University campus in a building officially called the “Sports Health Science Center Gym/Wellness Center”. However, there are no street addresses posted near the driveway of our meeting facility.

Directions:

-- IF YOU ARE COMING FROM NORTH FULTON, NORTH COBB OR EAST COBB HEADING SOUTH ON INTERSTATE 75:

Take Exit 263 South Marietta Parkway
Turn right and head west on the South Marietta Parkway (aka the south loop) to Cobb Parkway/U.S. 41 (An Exxon station is on the NE corner of this intersection)
Turn left onto Cobb Parkway heading south
Drive about 0.8 miles to the intersection of Cobb Parkway and Barclay Circle (Waffle House at this intersection)
Turn right onto Barclay Circle and drive about 0.4 miles to the Life University Main Gate and Bell Tower.

-- IF YOU ARE COMING FROM EAST COBB OR SOUTH COBB HEADING NORTH ON INTERSTATE 75:

Take Exit 261 (GA Highway 280, Dobbins AFB)
Proceed to the second ramp off of Exit 261 (after you go under Delk Road)
At the top of the ramp bear right heading west on Delk Road
Drive west on Delk Road about 0.8 miles and take the exit ramp to North US 41 Cobb Parkway
At the top of the ramp, turn right onto Cobb Parkway heading north
Drive about 0.5 miles to the intersection of Cobb Parkway and Barclay Circle (Waffle House at this intersection)
Turn left onto Barclay Circle and drive about 0.4 miles to the Life University the Life University main gate and Bell Tower.

-- IF YOU ARE COMING FOR DOWNTOWN MARIETTA OR WEST COBB:

Take Atlanta Street heading south from Marietta to South Cobb Drive or travel from your starting point to South Cobb Drive by the best route
If you are traveling south on Atlanta Street, turn left onto South Cobb Drive heading east
From the Atlanta Street/South Cobb Drive intersection, drive about 1.2 miles to the intersection of South Cobb Drive and Barclay Circle. There is a stop light and Quonset hut style building (semicircular corrugated steel roof) at this intersection
Turn left onto Barclay Circle and drive about 0.4 miles to the Life University Main Gate and Bell Tower.

-- CONTINUATION OF DIRECTIONS ONCE ON BARCLAY CIRCLE:

Turn left into the driveway opposite the Life University Bell Tower. At the entrance to this driveway, you will see a small sign saying
“Historic Village
Sports Complex
Tree house”
And a temporary sign saying
“Sports Health Science Center”
After turning left into the driveway you cross a bridge over Rottenwood Creek Proceed up the hill bearing left
At the top of the hill, turn right into the parking lot opposite the circular drive and entrance to the building Park here
Walk to the main entrance of the Sports Health Science Center Gym/Wellness Center opposite the parking lot Lettering over the doors says, “Life University The Eagles Nest”
When you enter the main entrance to the Sports Health Science Center Gym/Wellness Center from parking lot, you will be on the second floor
Once inside the front door, turn right and head straight down the hall through a set of double doors. You will pass a trophy case on the right just before you go through the double doors
Keep going straight ahead to three flights of stairs. Go up the stairs passing more trophy cases on the left
At the top of the stairs go all the way to the end of the hall. There is a glass wall at the end of the hall and double doors on your right
Turn left and go straight down the hall to room 335 Athletics
Turn right going through the double doors entry to room 335. There is a short hall that ends at glass double doors that open into the Centennial Group meeting room.

NOTE: You can actually enter the building into the third floor through these double doors This entrance will be handy if you do not wish to climb the stairs from the second floor as described above To get to this entrance, follow the directions up the hill to the recommended parking lot and keep on driving until you get to the very top of the hill Once there, you can park and enter through these doors right into the third floor This assumes that these doors will be unlocked and they have been so far.
